No postage week commencing April 5th, Easter Week.
New & Repeat Prescription Patients.
Please order medication 10 days in advance, when postage is required.
- Delivery is £15; this is a 48-hour tracked delivery service, with temperature-controlled packaging. We post on Wednesdays, payment for medication needs to be made by 3 pm the previous day.
- Please complete the form selecting the medication you need. We require you to upload a copy/photo of your prescription to confirm its validity, if we do not already have your prescription
- We will respond within 2 working days to confirm your order. We are a busy pharmacy; please allow us this time before contacting us again.
- We must then be provided with the original signed prescription prior to dispensing the medication.
- For customers requiring delivery, the fastest way to get your prescription to us is to ask your prescriber/surgery to email the prescription directly to medicines@ernepharmacy.co.uk. We can not accept emails copies from patients. Alternatively you can post your original prescription, signed by your doctor, to Erne Pharmacy. Allow 5-7 days for your prescription to arrive with us, when posting. As soon as your prescription arrives, we will contact you.
- We can hold repeat prescriptions on file to save post time. Please order your repeat medication 10 days before requiring it. Please complete the form below as a repeat patient.
- As soon as we receive your prescription, we will contact you directly for payment and post the medication. We post Wednesdays.
- Please only post your prescription once we have replied to confirm we can supply the medication.
